As the name would suggest Global Solutions has built a business geared towards cross border placements. To facilitate this we now operate a physical presence in the desirable Recruitment continents of the world which in turn enables us to source candidates to leave and as well as generate a loyal client base to recruit into. In both cases we believe meeting in the flesh is a critical component.
We respect the gravity of a move overseas and understand its pressures, over half of our consultants have relocated within the industry themselves and we find this guarantees empathy. Having done this for many years we know there are many time wasters out there both candidate and client. We work with carefully selected candidates, graded against certain criteria who are serious in their search, are eminently placeable and whose motivations are clear. On the client side we work with selected clients who have the tools to teach a recruit the nuances of the market, and are serious about the process.

Perhaps most importantly we go the extra mile, we take and make calls at obscure times of the day, work weekends and ensure candidates are given updates on a weekly basis.
