Trainees: Typically at graduate level, our high calibre trainees join our research teams for 6-12 months, joining a fast track programme to fee earning status.
Consultants: Employed in a fee earning capacity, and aligned with our research and international offering consultants. They develop a thorough understanding of their vertical markets. To deal effectively at this level requires solid recruitment experience, as well as a degree of polish and gravitas.
Business managers: This opportunity entails either inheriting a profitable, established team, or building a revenue stream or office from scratch - and making your mark! We are looking for business savvy, P and L driven managers to steer our business into new locations and new service offerings. Strategists are not on the menu, a hands-on enthusiastic and motivational approach is required, along with genuine commitment to team building.
